This study aims to analyze the level of employee satisfaction at XASCOM Info Solutions LLP. The study focuses on various factors such as salary, working conditions, career growth, employee welfare, and management support. Primary data were collected through a structured questionnaire, and secondary data were obtained from books, journals, and company records.
