Abstract :

Conversational AI allows risk management to deal with dynamic, adaptive, and scalable solutions. They are employed by using NLP and ML methods and principles for achieving the objective of simplifying compliance control processes for achieving better results in risk management as well in decision making. Therefore, by relying on such systems as the ones mentioned above, the company will be able to achieve the following objectives: This paper analyses the results of a simulation of conversational AI in both financial and healthcare industries, discusses live case contributions, and considers issues of data privacy and algorithmic prejudice. In presenting the solutions based on ethical AI practices and the fostering of conversational AI and adaptive learning, the paper underlines the change of conversational AI in responding to diversified regulatory requirements and minimizing diverse risks in various industries.
