Abstract :
This study examines the impact of technical and skill-based training needs assessment on employees at Kavin Irrigation Private Ltd, Karur. The research investigates how training assessments influence employee performance, job satisfaction, productivity, and organizational competitiveness. A well-structured training needs assessment helps bridge skill gaps, enhances adaptability to technological advancements, and fosters employee engagement. The study employs a descriptive research approach, collecting data through employee surveys and analyzing training records.
