Abstract :

This study examines the impact of technical and skill-based training needs assessment on employees at Kavin Irrigation Private Ltd, Karur. The research investigates how training assessments influence employee performance, job satisfaction, productivity, and organizational competitiveness. A well-structured training needs assessment helps bridge skill gaps, enhances adaptability to technological advancements, and fosters employee engagement. The study employs a descriptive research approach, collecting data through employee surveys and analyzing training records. Findings suggest that effective training assessments contribute significantly to job efficiency, innovation, and retention. The study highlights the need for organizations to implement structured training assessments to ensure long-term workforce development and organizational growth.
