Employee Value Proposition (EVP) plays a crucial role in recruitment marketing by defining the unique benefits and offerings an organization provides to its employees. A strong EVP helps attract and retain top talent by aligning with candidates’ values and expectations. This research explores the impact of EVP on recruitment marketing, emphasizing employer branding, candidate engagement, and the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
