Abstract :

This research report explores the intricate relationship between employee engagement and well-being within the context of workplace synergy. As organizations increasingly recognize the importance of fostering a positive work environment, understanding how engagement and well-being interact becomes crucial for enhancing overall performance and employee satisfaction.
