Abstract :
study analyzes work-life balance initiatives at Datasack Solutions, Karur. The research explores various factors influencing work-life balance, including workload distribution, working hours, job stress, and the organization's support systems. A descriptive research design was employed, with data gathered from 150 employees through surveys and interviews. The findings indicate that long working hours and high job stress are significant barriers to achieving work-life balance, while flexible work schedules, remote work options, and supportive management policies significantly contribute to improving employee satisfaction. The study also reveals a positive relationship between work-life balance initiatives and increased job satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall productivity. Recommendations for Datasack Solutions include the adoption of more flexible working hours, improving leave policies, and introducing wellness programs to enhance employee well-being, retention, and performance. The research highlights the importance of regularly evaluating and updating work-life balance initiatives to ensure they align with employee needs and foster a positive workplace culture.
