Abstract :

This study examines employee perceptions towards performance appraisal systems at EQI Pvt Ltd. It explores the effectiveness, fairness, and impact of the appraisal process on employee satisfaction and motivation. The research highlights key factors influencing employee perceptions, including transparency, feedback quality, and managerial support. Data was collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed to assess the relationship between appraisal outcomes and employee performance. The findings provide insights to improve the appraisal process and enhance employee engagement. Recommendations are suggested to align appraisal systems with organizational goals and employee expectations for improved effectiveness.
