Abstract :
The perception and role of women in society have undergone significant transformation over recent decades, reflecting a growing commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment. This paper explores the evolving societal attitudes towards women empowerment, analyzing the cultural, educational, economic, and political factors driving this change. It highlights the increasing participation of women in leadership roles, the impact of policy reforms, media influence, and grassroots movements in reshaping traditional gender norms. Drawing on both qualitative and quantitative data, the study assesses how these shifting behaviors contribute to the advancement of women's rights and opportunities. The research underscores that while notable progress has been made, ongoing societal support and systemic change are crucial for sustaining and deepening the empowerment of women across diverse communities.
