Enhanced Analysis on Image Enrichment Methods
Abstract
The objective of Image enrichment is to process an image so that result is more suitable than original image for specific application. Digital image enrichment techniques provide a lot of choices for improving the visual quality of images. Appropriate choice of such techniques is very important. This paper will provide an overview and analysis of different techniques commonly used for image enhancement. Image enhancement plays a fundamental role in vision applications. Recently much work is completed in the field of images enhancement. Many techniques have previously been proposed up to now for enhancing the digital images.
Image enrichment is the task of applying certain alterations to an input image like as to obtain a more visually pleasing image. Many images such as medical images, remote sensing images, electron microscopy images and even real life photographic pictures, suffer from poor contrast. Therefore it is necessary to enhance the contrast. The purpose of image enhancement methods is to increase image visibility and details. Two major classifications of image enhancement techniques are spatial domain enhancement and frequency domain enhancement. However, these techniques bring about tonal changes in the images. Number of enhancement techniques available for sketches are very few in comparison with the techniques available for images. The scope of enhancement in case of composite sketches and forensic sketches is left out. Therefore, it would have been better if an in-depth research work is undertaken.

RIGHT TO POLLUTION FREE ENVIRONMENT
Abstract
The Environment (Protection) Act of 1986 defines the environment holistically, encompassing water, air, land, and their interconnectedness with living organisms and property. This paper highlights the critical importance of a healthy environment for life's sustenance and development while addressing environmental pollution as a global imperative. It discusses the evolution of environmental protection in India, delineating the pre- and post-1972 eras and emphasising the transformative impact of international conventions like the Stockholm Conference of 1972 and the Rio de Janeiro Conference of 1992. Furthermore, the paper explores the constitutional framework for environmental protection in India, citing key legislative measures and judicial interpretations that affirm the fundamental right to a pollution-free environment. Legal precedents such as the Oleum Gas Leak case and the Vellore Citizens’ Welfare Forum case underscore the judiciary's pivotal role in enforcing environmental rights and principles. The principles of sustainable development, the Polluter Pays Principle, and the Public Trust Doctrine are examined within the Indian legal context, with case law illustrating their application and significance. The conclusion underscores the constitutional guarantee of a clean environment as a fundamental right and emphasises the shared responsibility of the state and citizens in environmental conservation. Ultimately, the paper calls for greater public awareness, environmental education, and enhanced execution of environmental laws to preserve India's rich ecological heritage and ensure a sustainable future for all.

Optimizing Cost and Performance in MEAN Stack Applications with Cloud Auto-Scaling and Load Balancing
Abstract
The rapid growth of web applications necessitates scalable solutions that optimize both cost and performance. This paper explores advanced strategies for implementing auto-scaling and load balancing in cloud services for MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) stack applications. Beyond traditional techniques, this research introduces novel, unrevealed ideas such as intelligent auto-scaling with predictive analytics, dynamic multi-cloud and hybrid cloud deployments, serverless microservices architectures, edge computing for latency reduction, and dynamic resource allocation with spot instances. By leveraging these innovative approaches, developers can achieve efficient resource management and enhanced application performance, providing a comprehensive framework for optimizing MEAN stack applications in modern cloud environments.
