VISAGE ANALYSE APPEARANCE
Abstract
Traditional student attendance methods, such as
roll calls and sign-in sheets, are time-consuming, error-prone,
and vulnerable to proxy attendance. To address these issues,
this study proposes an Automated Attendance Management
System (AAMS) that integrates CCTV cameras, facial
recognition, and GPS verification. The system captures
students' facial images in real-time using classroom CCTV
cameras without manual intervention, ensuring seamless and
continuous attendance monitoring. Face detection is performed
using a Haar Cascaded Classifier, and recognition is achieved
through the FaceNet model, which compares captured
embeddings with a pre-registered student database.
Additionally, GPS-based location verification confirms that
students are within the classroom’s geofenced area, preventing
fraudulent attendance. This dual-verification system offers a
secure, accurate, and efficient alternative to traditional
attendance methods.

The Renewed Interest in Moon Landings.
Abstract
The Moon, once the central focus of early space exploration, has re-emerged as a primary destination in global space agendas. After decades of relative inactivity following the Apollo missions, a renewed interest in Moon landings has gained momentum among spacefaring nations and private enterprises. This revival is driven by advancements in space technology, the potential for lunar resource extraction, scientific curiosity, and the strategic value of the Moon as a gateway to deeper space missions, including those to Mars. Programs like NASA’s Artemis, China’s Chang’e missions, and India's Chandrayaan series highlight the international commitment to re-exploring the lunar surface. Additionally, the growing involvement of commercial players has transformed Moon exploration from a purely governmental pursuit into a collaborative, global endeavours. This paper examines the scientific, economic, geopolitical, and cultural factors contributing to this resurgence and explores how renewed Moon landings may shape the future of human space exploration.

Customer Retention Strategies in the Telecom Industry Case Study: Jio’s low-cost strategy in the Indian market Company: Reliance Jio
Abstract
In the highly competitive and rapidly evolving telecom industry, retaining existing customers has become more critical than ever. As telecom markets approach saturation, acquiring new users becomes increasingly expensive, shifting strategic focus toward customer retention. This research investigates the key factors that influence customer retention in the Indian telecom sector and evaluates the effectiveness of strategies employed by telecom service providers to reduce churn and build long-term customer loyalty.
The study employs a mixed-method approach, primarily guided by exploratory and descriptive research designs. Data was collected through a self-administered online survey targeting active telecom users across different regions and demographic groups in India. The questionnaire focused on service quality, pricing, customer support, digital engagement, loyalty programs, and overall customer experience. Hypotheses were developed to examine relationships between these variables and retention outcomes. Additionally, a case study on Jio’s disruptive low-cost strategy provided insights into how pricing and innovation influence loyalty at scale.
Key findings suggest that service quality, affordability, transparent pricing, and proactive customer support significantly enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The study also reveals that customers engaged through loyalty programs and personalized digital interactions are less likely to switch providers.
