EXPLORING THE APPLICATION AND IMPLICATION OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN IPR
Abstract
The title of this study makes it clear that it is about artificial intelligence. It talks about how artificial intelligence has changed from ancient times to today's digital world. It also talks about important AI issues like historical development, meaning, description, features, and functions.
Computer scientists, lawyers, philosophers, and people who study ethics and law are all very interested in artificial intelligence. Not just in sci-fi, it is now a part of our everyday lives. AI makes our lives easier and helps the world's biggest issues get solved.
That's how electricity and steam engines changed the world. EA is now a strategic tool for the 21st century. Future will depend on how our AI managers run things.
There are two main groups of ideas on artificial intelligence around the world. One group believes that AI will make society better by making people's lives better, while the other group fears that it will lead to computer rule. The expert will look into artificial intelligence and judge how useful it is for society.
Artificial intelligence (AI) grew when experts realized that some jobs needed a lot of processing power and mental strain. That's when they realized that you can only control people's thoughts so much and that smart systems should act smartly.
In general, artificial intelligence is the branch of computer science that creates machines that think and act like humans. AI is getting better so quickly that it may be able to be used right now. Siri was added to improve the quality and production of Apple's present products. Google and YouTube both used face recognition. Sophia, a humanoid robot, was given citizenship by Saudi Arabia in 2017. Artificial intelligence is now a part of everyday life; words like "neutral network," "deep learning," and "machine learning" are even found in books. Smart computers are used in building, writing news stories, poetry, music records, and architecture. These things can be made by advanced AI better than by people. AI lawyers, AI doctors, court systems, security systems, traffic control systems, and lifelike faces are now all available, along with self-driving cars. These are just a few of the many changes that are happening in the world.
In this way, AI-driven industries are growing, but they also bring some IP system problems that need to be looked at in this study. This chapter looks at a number of AI ideas.

REVERSE MORTGAGE SCHEME IN INDIA
Abstract
The Reverse Mortgage Scheme (RMS) in India was introduced in 2007 with the objective of providing financial security to senior citizens by allowing them to convert the equity in their residential property into a regular stream of income. Under this scheme, individuals aged 60 years and above can avail periodic payments from a lender while retaining ownership and occupancy of their home. Unlike conventional loans, repayment is not required during the borrower's lifetime, and the loan is typically recovered from the sale of the property after the borrower's death or permanent relocation.
Despite its potential to address post-retirement financial challenges, the scheme has witnessed limited acceptance in India. Factors such as low awareness, emotional attachment to ancestral property, societal perceptions, lack of financial literacy, and procedural complexities have hindered its widespread adoption. This paper critically examines the structure, implementation, benefits, and limitations of the RMS in the Indian context. It also highlights the need for robust policy measures, awareness programs, and collaboration between financial institutions and government bodies to improve the outreach and effectiveness of the scheme. The Reverse Mortgage Scheme, if effectively promoted, holds promise as a viable financial tool for empowering the elderly population in India.

Fake Product Identification Using Blockchain
Abstract
Supply chain management frequently faced
issues such as service redundancy, poor coordination between
several departments, and lack of standardization as a result of
the lack of transparency. Product counterfeiting is something
which is very common now-a-days and it’s almost impossible
to detect a counterfeit product just by looking at it.
Counterfeiters cause significant challenges for legitimate
firms, yet far too many people have no idea of the entire
amount of counterfeit items’ influence on brands. There are
several methods devised in the past to get a way with this
problem of product counterfeiting. The most popular methods
are using RFID tags, Artificial Intelligence, QR code based
systems, etc. But each of them had few disadvantages such as
the QR code can be copied from a genuine product and placed
on a fake product, artificial intelligence uses CNN and
machine learning which needs heavy computational power
and soon. The idea of this project is to improve detection of
fake products by tracking its supply chain history. This is
achieved with Blockchain technology which ensures the
identification and traceability of real products throughout the
supply chain. Blockchain based system, makes everything
decentralized that may be accessed by several parties at the
same time. One of its main advantages is that the recorded
data is difficult to change without the consent of all parties
concerned which makes the data extremely secure and protect
from all vulnerabilities. This paper presents system designed
using blockchain technology for detection of counterfeit
products.

Fintech: Paving the way for Digital Financial Revolution
Abstract
The paper covers the factors that can be used for the development of fintech — online transformation, AI, blockchain, and big data processing — and how it impacts financial services, conventional banking, and global markets. Fintech has played a key role in unlocking access to all those people who have so far been unbanked and therefore improves banking access by decentralizing the provision of financial services.
The article will also study the legal hurdles that come in at a fast clip as the fintech develops. While laws are framed to promote innovation while ensuring protection for the users and economic security, they also pose a challenge for new entrants and old firms alike. Balancing compliance and innovation is important in the pursuit of the ultimate long-run growth of fintech. In addition, when these digital transformations are being incorporated by legacy firms, their revenue structures will change, which brings about changes in the organization.
Looking into the future, the development of financial technology will be led by the emerging trends in decentralized finance, central bank digital currencies, and the integration of fintech with phenomena such as the Internet of Things and advanced analytics. Yet, in producing the final value of fintech, there is a requirement to solve ethical, legal, and digital issues. This paper presents the opportunities, challenges, and impacts of fintech, bearing critical results for legislators, industry leaders, and researchers.

Taxation of Cryptocurrency in India: Evolving Landscape and Regulatory Framework
Abstract
Cryptocurrency is a popular investment vehicle, but cryptocurrency taxation is contentious and uncertain among Indian investors. The government's move to tax cryptocurrencies through a flat tax on cryptocurrency profits has questioned its impact on investment patterns and compliance. The current study investigates the awareness level, perceived difficulties, and the effect of taxation on investment choice among MBA students of various specializations. According to statistical analysis, the research has established considerable differences in the level of awareness, the impact of investment experience on perceptions regarding taxes, and the correlation between tax awareness and investment. Research shows that awareness is largely determined by the subject of study, and students majoring in finance are more tax-aware of taxation policies. But tax problems challenge perceptions similarly for every class of investors, which is in turn an underlying problem of rule clarity and compliance. While tax impacts investment decision-making, it is but one among many with market fluctuations and risk tolerance being examples of significant influences. These conclusions necessitate improved investor education, clear tax regulations, and synchronized law that facilitates cooperation without reducing participation in markets.

Developing Chatbots with Emotional Intelligence Using Generative AI
Abstract
The ability to recognize and respond to user emotions is critical for enhancing human-computer interactions, particularly in applications such as customer support, therapy, and education. Traditional Chabot’s often lack emotional intelligence, leading to impersonal and ineffective conversations. This paper proposes a novel approach to developing emotionally intelligent Chabot’s using advanced generative AI models. By leveraging natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques, the Chabot system can detect emotional cues from text, such as tone, sentiment, and context, enabling it to generate empathetic and contextually appropriate responses. The model is trained on diverse conversational datasets, incorporating emotional tagging and language patterns that reflect different moods and scenarios. A transformer-based architecture, like GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer), allows the Chabot to produce coherent, emotionally relevant dialogues while adapting its tone based on real-time analysis of user input. Experimental results indicate that the emotionally intelligent Chabot improves user satisfaction, engagement, and rapport-building compared to conventional bots. This study highlights the potential of generative AI to create Chabot’s that can effectively understand and respond to human emotions, providing meaningful, human-like interactions.

Autonomous Finance
Abstract
Autonomous Finance protocols use blockchain- based tools to mimic banking, investment and trading solutions and provide a viable framework that creates incentives and conditions for the development of an alternative financial services market. In this respect, they can be seen as alternative financial vehicles that mitigate portfolio risk, which is particularly important at a time of increasing uncertainty in financial markets. In particular, some Autonomous Finance protocols offer an automated, low-risk way to generate returns through a “delta-neutral” trading strategy that reduces volatility. The main financial operations of Autonomous Finance protocols are implemented using appropriate algorithms, but unlike traditional finance, where issues of value and valuation are commonplace, Autonomous Finance lacks a similar value- based analysis. The aim of this study is to evaluate relevant Autonomous Finance performance metrics related to the valuations of these protocols through a thorough analysis based on various scientific methods and to show what influences the valuations of these protocols. More specifically, the study identifies how Autonomous Finance protocol valuations depend on the total value locked and other performance variables, such as protocol revenue, total revenue, gross merchandise volume and inflation factor, and assesses these relationships. The study analyzes the valuations of 30 selected protocols representing three different classes of Autonomous Finance (i.e., decentralized exchanges, lending protocols and asset management) in relation to their respective performance measures. The results show that the valuations of Autonomous Finance protocols depend to some extent on the performance measures of these protocols under study, although the magnitude of the relationships and their directions differ for the different variables.

Temporal Misalignment in Affective AI: A Time-Aware Approach to Emotion Recognition
Abstract
The study analyzes the critical problem of temporal misalignment in AI-based emotion recognition systems as the current models show insufficient capability when detecting dynamic emotional transitions. The misclassification rates remain high when Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) analyze static or short-range patterns with little success during the shifting of emotions. This paper introduces Time-Aware Emotion Recognition Model (T-AERM) as a model which uses Vision Transformers (ViT) for spatial feature retrieval simultaneously with Temporal Convolutional Networks (TCN) to handle long-range sequential dependencies in emotion recognition applications. The proposed attention-based temporal alignment technique enables the model to understand the emotional progression between sequential frames. The T-AERM model surpasses previous models in performance by reaching 31% higher accuracy rates while observing 35% fewer false positives when evaluated on AFEW AffectNet and RAVDESS datasets. Research findings show that unification of spatial and temporal attention methods enables the development of affective computing systems which process context information effectively across healthcare fields and surveillance systems and human-computer interaction domains.

STUDY AND ANALYSIS ON USE OF RICE HUSK ASH IN RIGID PAVEMENTS
Abstract
Nowadays disposing of agriculture waste are the major problem. One of the agriculture waste is Rice Husk. Every year an average of 120 million tones of rice husk are produced by paddy field. Majority of rice producing countries like India, the husk produced from the rice processing is either burnt or dumped as a waste. Rice husk can be used as a fuel if its burnt at high temperature and it turn into a ash. Ash obtained is porous as fine aggregate and its grinding into a fine power. RHA is a pozzolonic material contains 85% of silica content. Using Rice Husk Ash as a substitute material in concrete reduces the environmental problem. The Agricultural wastes used as fine aggregate in concrete are rice husk ash by 10% to 50%.
Using agro-waste in concrete pavement is a sustainable practice that enhances the durability and eco-friendliness of infrastructure. Agro-waste, such as rice husk ash, sugarcane bagasse ash, and palm oil fuel ash, can be incorporated into concrete mixtures to partially replace cement. This not only reduces the demand for cement production, which is a significant source of carbon emissions, but also utilizes waste materials that would otherwise be discarded, thus promoting environmental conservation. Additionally, agro-waste-based concrete pavements exhibit improved properties such as increased strength, durability, and resistance to cracking, making them a viable option for sustainable construction projects .

“Assessing the Effectiveness of Policies Promoting Gender Equality in the Workplace”
Abstract
Encouraging gender equality in organizations is not just an ethical necessity but a strategic necessity for organizational inclusiveness and overall organizational performance. Despite the abundance of cultural values and official policies directed at reducing gender imbalances, numerous organizations continue to struggle with wide disparities. This research fills a significant gap in current literature, as it focuses mostly on policy-making and not the concrete, real-life experiences of female workers, particularly those holding leadership roles. Additionally, there is a lack of systematic comparative studies that analyze how gender equality policies work across various organizational environments and sectors. The main aim of this study is to critically evaluate the effects of activities related to the introduction of gender policies. This involves a meticulous exploration of the views held by employees of these policies and an examination of factors that lead to their effective or ineffective implementation. The data was obtained from an extensive survey involving 100 participants employed in leading organizations like Amazon and Accenture. The results identify the strengths and weaknesses areas in existing gender equality practices. Interestingly, although 100% of respondents acknowledged that their organizations had established gender equality policies, 32% only viewed these policies as very effective, indicating a serious perception gap. About 68% of the women said that such policies helped develop their careers, but 39% said there were insufficient opportunities for career progress equal to those of men, which shows enormous scope for improvement. While a majority of respondents recognized some measure of support by management towards gender equality, a mere 32% described the efforts as very strong. Major challenges mentioned were gender bias (22%), opportunities for mentorship (22%), and insufficient communication of policy (20%). Policy communication was irregular, and 47% of the participants said they only got information periodically. The study concludes that even with policies put in place to provide gender equality, there remain substantial challenges to their implementation. It suggests strengthening the enforcement of existing policies, with specific emphasis on preventing bullying at workplaces, enhancing policy-related training, and instituting mechanisms for ongoing monitoring of the effectiveness of policies. In addition, the study highlights the leadership role of management in ushering in these changes. Subsequent research would be enhanced through a larger sample size, the inclusion of qualitative analysis, and a study of the long-term ramifications of such policies on organizational culture and performance.

ANTIBACTERIAL ACTIVITY OF LACTIC ACID BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM PROBIOTIC HEALTH DRINK YAKULT
Abstract
Yakult is a popular probiotic drink that contains a specific strain of beneficial bacteria called Lactobacillus casei Shirota. It was developed in Japan by Dr. Minoru Shirota in the 1930s and is known for its potential digestive health benefits. The increase of antimicrobial resistance has required the exploration of other bio-therapeutic agents. The capacity of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), which are well-known for their probiotic qualities, to generate antimicrobial chemicals has made them attractive candidates. This study examined the antibacterial activity of LAB strains that were isolated from the commercially available probiotic health drink Yakult against a number of pathogenic pathogens, such as Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Escherichia coli. De Man, Rogosa, and Sharpe (MRS) medium was used to cultivate the isolates, and their morphological and biochemical traits were used to identify them. The agar well diffusion method was used to measure antimicrobial activity.

The role of Healthcare Analytics in Enhancing Decision-Making: A study on it’s impact and application.
Abstract
This research examines the effect of healthcare analytics on clinical decision making in five important variables: Real-time Data, Data Quality, Patient Outcome, Data Interoperability, and Health Disparities. Data were examined through multiple linear regression to investigate the connection between the independent variables and clinical decision making. The regression model was statistically significant and accounted for 55.1% of the variance in clinical decision making (R² = 0.551). Real-time Data, Data Quality, Patient Outcome, and Health Disparities were revealed to have substantial impacts on clinical decision making. Interestingly, Real-time Data contributed most strongly positively, while Patient Outcome contributed significantly but negatively. Data Interoperability did not reveal a statistically significant effect. Key outcomes of the work highlight the vital importance of using real-time, high-quality data to inform clinical decisions and incorporating equity considerations within healthcare analytics. The negative direction of the observed relationship with patient outcomes indicates an imperative to drill further into whether and how the data on patient outcomes are currently being used within practice. With a small sample size, a convenience sampling process, and utilizing self-reported information, the current study is bounded by limitations around generalizability. The study adds to what is known regarding the impact that certain elements of healthcare analytics have on clinical decision making and presents actionable, strategic, and policy-level recommendations for improving data-informed healthcare provision.

COMPARING SELF COMPASSION AND RESILIENCE BETWEEN INDIVIDUALS WHO PRACTICE EXERCISE IN INSTITUTIONAL SETTING AND THOSE WHO DON’T, AMONG YOUNG ADULTS
Abstract
This research sought to examine differences in levels of self-compassion and resilience between
young adults who regularly exercise within organizational environments and those who do not.
Non-probability convenience sampling was used to select 206 participants aged between 18 and
35 years, consisting of both male and female subjects. Validated psychological tools were
employed to assess both self-compassion and resilience. The findings indicated a significant group
difference in resilience scores, showing that organized exercise has the potential to add positively
to the ability of individuals to cope with stress and adversity. There was no significant difference
between the groups for self-compassion. These findings indicate that although institutional
exercise could be associated with higher resilience, self-compassion could be related to something
else. The research identifies the possible psychological advantage of organized physical exercise
and calls for further examination of the determinants of self-compassion in young adults.

A Study of Employee’s Perception of Artificial Intelligence in Today’s Era
Abstract
This study explores the perceptions of employees towards Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the workplace, examining the factors that shape these perceptions and their implications for organizational success.. This research draws on a combination of quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with employees from diverse industries to assess their views on AI's impact on job security, work tasks, decision-making, and overall work-life balance. The study identifies key factors influencing employee perceptions, including individual characteristics (e.g., technological literacy and job role), organizational culture, leadership communication, and societal attitudes toward AI. The findings suggest that while many employees view AI as a tool to enhance productivity and streamline tasks, concerns around job displacement, privacy, and ethical implications remain prominent. The paper also discusses how positive perceptions of AI can foster greater adoption, innovation, and job satisfaction, whereas negative perceptions can lead to resistance, fear, and disengagement. Based on the results, the study provides recommendations for organizations to address employee concerns, promote transparency, and facilitate AI training, ultimately contributing to a more productive and harmonious work environment. This research highlights the importance of understanding and managing employee perceptions as a critical factor in the successful implementation of AI technologies in the workplace.
