Cloud computing services like Google Drive and AWS help businesses store and share data remotely, cutting costs on physical infrastructure. Entrepreneurs can also automate repetitive tasks with technologies like AI and robotic process automation (RPA), which improves efficiency and reduces human error. Social media platforms allow businesses to directly engage with customers, build brands, and create loyal followings. Additionally, technology enables entrepreneurs to analyse data for better decision-making and faster problem-solving. However, along with these benefits come challenges, such as maintaining data privacy, avoiding algorithmic bias, and ensuring the ethical use of AI. Entrepreneurs must be mindful of these issues to build trust and maintain a strong reputation. Overall, technology has revolutionized the way businesses operate, making it easier for small businesses to grow, compete, and innovate in a fast-paced world. Drawing on both qualitative and quantitative data, the study assesses how these shifting behaviors contribute to the advancement of women's rights and opportunities. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, primary data was gathered from 150 entrepreneurs across diverse sectors. The study explores how emerging technologies and platforms influence marketing decisions, customer engagement, and business growth. The results provide actionable insights for entrepreneurs seeking to optimize their marketing strategies, enhancing growth, scalability, and competitive advantage. The findings suggest that social media marketing is the most impactful strategy, with platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok leading to significant improvements in brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
