Facial Expression Emotion Recognition Model Integrating Philosophy and Machine Learning
Abstract
This paper presents the idea related to automated live facial emotion recognition through image processing and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. It is a challenging task for a computer vision to recognize as same as humans through AI. Face detection plays a vital role in emotion recognition. Emotions are classified as happy, sad, disgust, angry, neutral, fear, and surprise. Other aspects such as speech, eye contact, frequency of the voice, and heartbeat are considered. Nowadays face recognition is more efficient and used for many real-time applications due to security purposes. We detect emotion by scanning (static) images or with the (dynamic) recording. Features extracting can be done like eyes, nose, and mouth for face detection. The convolutional neural network (CNN) algorithm follows steps as max-pooling (maximum feature extraction) and flattening.and the use the gabor transform to extract the emotion features of the area.

Review paper on Design and Analysis of Adaptive Headlight System
Abstract
This paper describes the hardware of movable Headlight & Headlight system for vehicles. It has been found that the majority of accidents take place due to the invisibility of road at night & in fog. So, it becomes necessary that we get a clear vision during the night & in fog so as to avoid accidents. Therefore, the following research represents the rotation of headlight & Headlight with the rotation of wheels. In this system used rack & pinion arrangement which give the drive to the optical axes on which headlight & Headlight are mounted so when the links are moved with steering arm that gives predefined motion to headlight and Headlight. Hence the light from the Headlight & Headlight focuses properly on the road, also while taking turn the driver coming from the opposite side can easily notice the upcoming vehicle & so the number of accidents is minimized. In this paper, we have defined a novel approach movement of Headlight along with the headlight.

Design and Fabrication of Three Axis Rotating Trailer Using Pneumatic System
Abstract
This project work "design and fabrication of Three axis rotating trailer using pneumatic system" has been conceived having studied the trouble in emptying the materials. Our review in the respect in a few automobile garages, reveals the fact that generally some troublesome strategies were embraced in emptying the materials from the trailer. The trailer will empty the material just in one direction only. It is hard to empty the materials in small compact roads and small streets. All the three sides are effectively to unload the trailer in our task are rectified. Automobile engine drive is coupled to the compressor engine, the compressed air its stores when running the vehicle. the pneumatic cylinder are is used to activate this compressed air, when activate the valve. Spur gear is used for rotating the trailer in three directions & easy for unloading the materials in small compact streets and roads.

Standalone solar-powered ultraviolet mobile disinfectant: Bringing solar energy in the global fight against COVID-19
Abstract
As the first initiative of its kind in Algeria, here is presented a solar-powered mobile “Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation” disinfection unit (UVGI) based on a special germicidal ultraviolet-C (UVC) radiator. The system was designed to disinfect several objects such as: medical tools, reusable masks, face-shields, gloves, phones, laptops, keys, money and many other portable devices that need to be disinfected/sterilized. It offers the advantage of complete autonomy through the built-in photovoltaic (PV) system that includes a solar panel, a gel battery, a charge controllerand a power inverter. The system provides an extra 220V-50Hz outlet with 375VA maximum power to be used when energy is needed. The system is easily scalable to generate higher ultraviolet dosages by adding more UVC lamps. The chemical-free germicidal UVC sanitizing method employed by this device effectively disactivates a very wide range of microorganisms (microbes bacteria and fungi and viruses including the actual SARS-CoV-2 that causes COVID-19 respiratory disease) and it has several advantages in comparison to chemical-based sanitizing methods. The total cost to make this open source device is below 1000 € and is easily customizable and scalable. This device is an open source, secure and fast equipment for objects and surface disinfection. The device will be fully automated by adding PIR sensors or remote control after further funding will be received.

A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF ONLINE EDUCATION AND LEVEL OF HEALTH PROBLEMS DURING COVID-19 SITUATION
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The research study aims to see whether students in higher educational institutions are satisfied with technology-assisted Online Education during the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on their physical mental and emotional health. The findings of this study could help policymakers and healthcare professionals develop effective psychological therapies and costefficient recommendations for preventing negative feelings among general people who are solitary at home. Due to the non-normal distribution of the data, a non-parametric test was employed to investigate the significant correlations between sample characteristics and the level of health problems during the COVID-19 outbreak. The connection between gender, education level, and age group vs the stated level of health problems was evaluated using a One-Way ANOVA test for independence. It may indicate distress and an increased abnormal or obsessive tendency like picking nails, sucking the thumb, and pulling the hair. Excessive use of gadgets even resulted in mental health problems, stress sensations, anxiety, excitation or thrill, headaches, tiredness of the muscle, eye and ear strains, obesity or overweight, faintness, irregular sleep patterns, mental disturbance, back pain, aching shoulders, neck, and muscles pain, etc. Online education also affected the physical activity levels of students like bad postures, later bedtimes, longer sleep rise discontinuation, and later waking times which has been associated with motionless and lazy lifestyles. The online survey form was kept open for a week to allow respondents to reply. The participating population does not have a regional boundary
