Resume Ranking engine using ML

Recruitment is an important process for organizations, but manually reviewing a large number of resumes takes a lot of time and effort. Recruiters may also miss suitable candidates when screening resumes manually. To solve this problem, this research proposes a Resume Ranking Engine using Machine Learning that automatically analyzes and ranks resumes based on job requirements.
