Financial management plays an important role in organizational growth and sustainability. Chartered Accountants contribute significantly through accounting, auditing, taxation, budgeting, and financial advisory services. This study focuses on understanding the role of Chartered Accountants in financial management at Varadarajan & Co., Nagapattinam. The study adopted descriptive research methodology using both primary and secondary data. The findings reveal that Chartered Accountants play a major role in maintaining financial discipline, ensuring compliance, improving transparency, and supporting organizational decision-making.
