Budgeting and cost control are essential aspects of interior design and civil works projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and successful project completion. Thisstudyaimstoanalyzebudgetingpractices,costcontroltechniques,andtheroleof ethicsinmanagingconstructionandinteriorprojects.Theresearchadoptsadescriptive approach using secondary data collected from journals, industry reports, and online resources. The study examines cost estimation, material management, labor cost control, and financial planning processes. It also highlights ethical issues such as transparency, fair pricing, quality assurance, and avoidance of corruption in project execution. The findings indicate that effective budgeting and strict cost control measures lead to timely project completion, reduced wastage, and improved client satisfaction. Ethical practices further enhance trust, accountability, and long-term business sustainability.
