Agriculture is one of the most important sectors for food production and economic growth. However, many farmers still face problems in identifying soil nutrients and selecting suitable crops for cultivation. Traditional soil testing methods are expensive, time-consuming, and not easily accessible for small-scale farmers. Due to lack of proper soil analysis, farmers often use excessive fertilizers and grow crops that are not suitable for their land, resulting in lower productivity and reduced profit. This research presents a Smart Soil Nutrient Detection and Crop Recommendation System using sensors and IoT technology. The proposed system uses chemical soil testing methods along with sensors to detect soil nutrients such as Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), Potassium (K), pH level, soil moisture, and temperature. The collected data is processed using a microcontroller and transferred to a cloud-based dashboard through IoT communication.
