The workplace safety and health of employees play a significant role in improving productivity, reducing accidents, and creating a healthy working environment. This study aims to evaluate the workplace safety and health measures adopted in PRS Tyres Pvt Ltd, Rasipuram. The research focuses on employees’ awareness of safety policies, the availability of safety equipment, health facilities ,emergency preparedness, and management support. Primary data were collected from 120 employees using a structured questionnaire. Secondary data were collected from books, journals, and company records. The findings reveal that the organization provides satisfactory safety measures, but improvements in training and emergency response systems can further enhance employee well-being.
