The UGC-CARE (Consortium for Academic and Research Ethics) list was created by the University Grants Commission, India, to promote quality research and credible journals. Even though the UGC-CARE list has been discontinued in 2024, JOIREM continues to follow all the UGC-CARE quality parameters, including peer review, ethical publication, and regular issue release.
