Globalization has transformed supply chains, offering both opportunities for market expansion and vulnerabilities to disruptions such as trade tensions and natural disasters. Moreover, environmental sustainability has emerged as a critical concern, compelling manufacturers to adopt eco-friendly practices and reduce their carbon footprint. In the manufacturing sector, several key issues in business administration warrant attention to ensure efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness.Addressing these key issues effectively is essential for achieving long-term success and resilience in today's competitive manufacturing landscape. This study is an exploratory & descriptive study conducted with the help of both primary and secondary data. The Researchers have gathered responses of 10 companies pertaining to the theme of the study. The Researchers aim to understand the concept & significance of the Business Administration at Organisations. The study further aims to study the contemporary issues in the Business Administration at Organisations. The Researchers have identified the key issues with respect to Business Administration at Organisations. The study encapsulates the domain of business administration. The results are limited to the inferences of the selected companies; hence the results may be indicative in nature rather exhaustive. In the dynamic landscape of the manufacturing sector, effective business administration is essential for maintaining competitiveness, adapting to market changes, and driving innovation.
