This project presents a machine learning-based Job Recommendation System that employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to recommend suitable job opportunities to seekers while analyzing job market trends. Using TF-IDF vectorization and cosine similarity, the system compares job descriptions and user profiles to suggest personalized job matches. Additionally, exploratory data analysis uncovers geographic trends in job postings, offering insights into popular locations for job seekers and creators. By integrating content-based filtering, actionable insights, and advanced statistical measures, the system ensures accurate and personalized recommendations, demonstrating the transformative potential of machine learning in enhancing job discovery.
