Addressing the growing sophistication of cyber threats, this research introduces a novel unified intelligent system designed to enhance detection capabilities. Our methodology focuses on a comprehensive approach that integrates context-aware behavioral analysis across different online activities, incorporates Explainable AI (XAI) to provide insights into threat classifications, enables adaptability to new attack patterns, and utilizes a hybrid strategy by combining diverse data sources. This unified framework aims to overcome the limitations of current isolated detection methods. The evaluation of our system, comparing its performance against established baselines, demonstrates significant improvements in key metrics for identifying various malicious activities. This research highlights the potential of a unified, transparent, and adaptive approach to create more effective and reliable cyber defense systems.
