Abstract :

Employee engagement plays a crucial role in the financial sustainability of organizations, particularly in manufacturing firms like Samuthraa Tex., Karur. This study examines the relationship between employee engagement and cost control measures, analyzing how workforce motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment impact cost reduction strategies. Through surveys and financial data analysis, the study identifies key engagement drivers that enhance efficiency and minimize operational expenses. The findings highlight that a highly engaged workforce contributes to better resource utilization, waste reduction, and overall cost optimization. Furthermore, effective leadership, employee participation, and incentive programs significantly influence engagement levels.
