Abstract :

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment and interview process at Omega Healthcare from the perspective of job applicants. The research focuses on understanding how candidates perceive various aspects of the process, such as communication, interview structure, transparency, and professionalism. A structured questionnaire containing 20 questions was used to collect data from 95 respondents. The results of the percentage analysis show that most respondents had a positive experience, especially in areas like clarity of communication, relevance of interview questions, and timely updates. Correlation analysis revealed significant relationships between communication and overall interview experience, as well as between job expectation clarity and candidate satisfaction. The Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.88 indicates a high level of reliability in the questionnaire. However, Chi-square tests showed no significant relationship between some demographic factors and recruitment experience. Based on the findings, suggestions have been made to improve areas such as post-interview communication and better alignment of job expectations. The study concludes that Omega Healthcare’s recruitment process is generally well-received, but there is scope for further enhancement through feedback-driven improvements.
