Abstract :

In the business administration framework, due to the ongoing transformation of the healthcare sector by artificial intelligence (AI), the issue of its ethics has been the force of concern. This research paper reviews the issues and opportunities that arise from integrating Al technologies in healthcare delivery in terms of ethics. The study addresses these key concerns through a systematic literature review and qualitative analysis. It further explains the ethical issues that these challenges present for healthcare management and policy making and how business strategies can be used to ensure responsible innovation. Our findings indicate that while Al has a promise to increase efficiency and outcomes in the healthcare domain, proactive ethical governance with transparent business practice is an indispensable matter to protect the interests of all stakeholders. This paper contributes to the on going discussion on ethical Al deployment by putting forth recommendations healthcare leaders and decision makers to have in place to construct an ethical, sustainable and equitable environment of Al driven healthcare.
