Abstract :

E-commerce platforms like Amazon have transformed the way customers make purchase. decisions by leveraging various factors that influence consumer behavior. This study explores the impact of Amazon's delivery quality, information quality, reviews and ratings, and personal recommendations on customer purchasing decisions. Efficient and timely delivery enhances customer trust and satisfaction, reducing hesitation in completing a purchase. Information quality, including accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, helps customers make informed choices. Reviews and ratings serve as social proof, significantly influencing buyers by providing insights from previous customers. Personal recommendations, driven by Amazon's algorithms, enhance the shopping experience by suggesting relevant products based on browsing history and preferences. Together, these factors create a seamless and personalized shopping journey, ultimately driving higher purchase conversions. This study attempts to provide important insights into Amazon's strategy for comprehending and satisfying consumer wants, as well as the ramifications for the business and the larger e-commerce sector, through a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
