Abstract :
This study examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the management and selection of staff due to the analysis of secondary data. It examines existing research, thematic research, and industry relationships to understand the influence of AI on the effectiveness of hiring, the choice of candidates, and the general HR practice. The study highlights key AI tools, including automation, cat analysis, and robot prediction, and assessing future possibilities in transforming personnel operations and employment strategies.
