Abstract :

ABSTRACT This study explores the emerging trends in human resources management, with a focus on their impact on organizational performance. Numerous experts emphasized that human resources need to be managed with greater care and attention than any other organizational resource. The HR manager's responsibilities must evolve with the organization. Successful businesses are growing more customer-focused, resilient, flexible, and fast to shift course. The HR professional must become proficient in planning, coordinating, directing, and regulating human resources in this setting. They also need to be aware of new developments in employee development and training. Any organization's success depends critically on its human resources. It provides support and strength. Organizations in today's complicated world are heavily impacted by changes occurring both within and externally. Without adequate human resources, no firm or organization can evolve, survive, or expand. As a result, every forward-thinking organization now prioritizes human resources. The challenges can be faced by HRM effectively, if proper strategies are implemented. Hence, the role of HRM will be more significant in future due to the emerging scenario. This paper is an attempt to explain the emerging trends in HRM.
